Absence To Attendance
Absence issues can be neglected due to their complex and sensitive nature. As such high absence levels can become the norm. This can have negative effects on performance, motivation, engagement and team work amongst employees.
This practical and participative workshop uses a mixture of theory, best practice and real work examples. It will give managers the confidence to identify the root causes of absence, to proactivley improve attendance and the knowledge of what they can and cannot do when managing absence.
