What it Can Deliver
Practical experience. We can use a mixture of case studies, discussions, role plays and exercises as practical and informative solutions to common absence issues and to highlight key points. Practical feedback from the facilitator and peers would be given to enable your people to improve their absence management techniques and create personal development plans.
Practical Tools. Depending on your company procedures and the tools and paperwork already in place, we can provide your delegates with useful tools to use managing absence, such as back to work interview forms, access to medical record forms and various letter templates. Or, if you are introducing new processes, procedures or paperwork we would be happy to incorporate the practical aspects of such a roll out into this workshop.
Action-planning and goal setting is a crucial element of any of our training programmes to transfer learning back to the workplace.
