Effective Working Relationships
An organisations bottom line results will reflect the quality of the working relationships.
Success in organisations is dependant on its people - it is people who drive the business forward, or slow it down. Deep at the root of most organisations problems are people. Misunderstandings, poor communication, lack of motivation, low engagement, conflicts, stress, poor productivity all have their origins in people and relationship issues.
This workshop will provide your people with insights into their own personal needs, the needs of others and some clues to becoming more effective in their internal and external personal relationships. The purpose of this workshop is not to change anyone, it is to show your people how using different approaches to different people can help them achieve their goals more effectively and consistently.
