This fast pace experiential leadership development programme helps leaders understand their own style and preferences when leading others - then to recognise situations where borrowing another style would generate a better outcome.This versatile workshop is also suitable for developing other essential leadership attitudes, skills and behaviours such as leading change, communicating a vision, conflict resoultion, and more.
