Creating high performance teams

Pumping the Colours is a unique team development workshop designed to develop team member's creativity, co-operation, negotiation, organisation, planning and risk taking skills - the attributes of High Performance Teams.

In this team based simulation, participants progress from one level of society to another by acquiring wealth through trading with other participants. As part of management training, StarPower illustrates how the abuse of power affects performance, productivity, motivation, behaviour and relationships in general within organisations.

Team Target

Each team is provided with a 'Target Tray' indicating a series of 8 targets to be achieved during the course of the exercise. Targets are achieved by securing rods of the required value and displaying them on the target board.

The Heist

Teamwork, leadership, communication, negotiation, creative problem solving

Teams are charged with the task of working for a gang of international criminals. Their objective is to locate and then retrieve a valuable collection of diamonds hidden in a novel security system. One false move, or exceeding the very tight deadline, and all is lost!
