With the costs of recruitment ever increasing, it is imperative that managers are effective in selecting the right candidate for the right role to retain them. Furthermore, with litigation costs and claims soaring and new legislation being introduced all the time, managers need to know what they can and cannot say and do whilst recruiting.
This practical and participative workshop uses a mixture of theory, best practice and real work examples to give managers the tools, techniques and knowledge to recruit and select excellent talent and to ensure candidates have realistic expectations of the role therefore aiding retention.
