Team Building at The Bread Works
The Bread Works is a team development experience for teams who want to build upon their strengths and enjoy working together. This highly flexible event can accommodate a variety of development objectives.
Nothing pretentious here just the fundamentals of good team work, through the experience of making good breads with a master baker and facilitator, then sitting down to a feast of good wine, good food, good company and your own bread.
The Bread Works can be a powerful catalyst to explore a variety of team development issues or just an enjoyable away day to re-energise your team and say thank you.
The Bread Works team development events can last from one to three days depending on your requirements. Like breads there are many different recipes all dependent on what you want to end up with. So prior to your event, we meet with you to discuss exactly the type of experience you want for your team and together we agree on the ingredients.
The breadmaking skills are led by Paul Merry master baker who takes the team in an entertaining fashion through the various stages of dough-making, proving, shaping, and final baking. This provides the framework for a variety of team building exercises, developing different hand skills and fun competitions.
Why Use Breadmaking for Team Development?
