Team Game Overview
A powerful team development tool in a simple board game format, with versions for new and existing teams. How it works
Team Talk can be used periodically with the same teams to support continuous development. Through a board game format, participants are asked to consider issues about how they operate, what gets in the way of greater success and how they might work differently in order to be more effective. Team Talk enables teams to build strategies for dealing with changing conditions. Teams learn that straight talking about what needs to be done increases confidence, builds relationships and delivers results.
Team Talk can be used periodically with the same teams to support continuous development. Focused Issues - with minimal pre-work, the facilitator can customise the game to address specific key issues to the benefit of both the team and the individual team members.
