Time and Priority Management
What It Can Deliver
Practical experience. As well as discussions, activities and exercises, each delegate will work on time issues and techniques relevant to their role. Each delegate will attend the course with a learning partner to enable support and motivation in the transition to better personal organisation back on the job.
Personal Discovery Profiles. This course goes beyond simply citing time management techniques; delegates gain insight into why they personally find time management difficult or frustrating. Different people have different time traps. In addition, people can all use standard time-saving techniques with differing degrees of success depending on the fit of a certain technique with their personality profile.
Practical feedback from the facilitator and peers to enable your people to improve their time management skills and create personal development plans.
