What Our Experiential Events Deliver
Teamwork Games and Simulations. Our team events are driven by experiential game and simulations. They enable the learning to be enjoyable, challenging and stimulating, exploiting the most natural and effective processes of learning - through personal experience, experimentation and discovery. They are for teams and work groups who want to work together more effectively. Companies who are looking for an effective and more practical alternative to conventional training. People looking for a fun team building event that also has a purpose. To read more on the benefits of experiential games and simulations click here.
We have a variety of games, simulations, activities and exercises that we can use depending on your specific objectives. They range from quick and dirty 1 hour sessions, ideal for conferences; or they can be run as standalone or mix and match experiences as part of a longer team development event. Personal Discovery Profiles. We can also facilitate the completion of profiles so individuals have a better understanding of each others preferred work and relating style. Participants learn to recognise the different strengths others can bring to the job as well as how they can help each other. They learn to appreciate key issues of concern that people with other styles bring to task assignments. The Stength Deployment Inventory and companion tools can add value in any stage of Tuckman's 4-stage team development model (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing). To read more on SDI click here.
Experienced Facilitators All of our programmes are delivered by highly experienced training consultants. We have successfully led events for small teams to multi-cultural conferences for over 200 participants.
Materials Dependent on the clients needs and event content we support all our programmes with comprehensive delegate workbooks and or laminated "key point cards" for easy access to basic procedures post training.
