Whose Project Is It Anyway? Team Project Work
Whether you are looking for a quick simulation experience around project management for a conference event or a more focused team development programme concentrating on project management, our experienced team can develop an event to meet your exact requirements.
We can use our project management simulations, Bridge The Gap ® and/or The Tower of Babel ® to provide an opportunity to practice key project management techniques whilst experiencing a project from beginning to end.
Example Event Aims
The following are examples of typical areas that can be covered;
- Experience a project from beginning to end including exploration of a project, preparation of the proposal, planning the project, detailing the solution design through to build, test and rollout.
